Exploring meat products
Recently, our team held our first event, namely a workshop on “Fundamentals of Sensory Evaluation of Meat Products”. This event turned out to be not only an interesting event where we could communicate and share our own experience, but also an extremely useful experience for all participants!
During the event, we immersed ourselves in the world of sensory evaluation, studying taste sensitivity and using basic sensory research methods. The participants not only gained theoretical knowledge, but also actively participated in practical exercises where they shared the secrets of flavoristics and evaluated meat products using various methods.
We express our sincere gratitude to all those present for their participation and activity! Our team is looking forward to events where we can share our new knowledge and achievements again.
